Her Viral Visuals
Please review these policies carefully before booking your project. First things first, thank you so much for choosing and booking with Her Viral Visuals! I truly appreciate every client who trusts me with their brand and creative vision. The following policies apply to all orders placed with Her Viral Visuals.
I absolutely appreciate my returning clients! All returning clients receive $10 to $85 off their comeback order.
Each returning client will receive a personal discount code created specifically for them. Your returning-client code is for your use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another client.
The standard turnaround time for all Her Viral Visuals projects is 5-10 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Your turnaround time does not begin immediately after placing an order. Your turnaround begins only after your order has been paid in full and all information, photos, wording, branding materials, and other details needed for your project have been submitted.
TURNAROUND EXAMPLE: If full payment and all project details are received on a Monday, Tuesday is Business Day 1. The standard completion window falls between Business Day 5 and Business Day 10. Weekends are skipped.
A 5-10 business day turnaround is a window, meaning your project may be completed at any point within that timeframe.
Need your project sooner? Rush options are available for an additional fee.
24-HOUR RUSH | +$150: Your project will be completed within 24 hours.
3-BUSINESS-DAY RUSH | +$75: Your project will be completed within 3 business days.
Rush turnaround also begins once full payment and all required project information have been received.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. HER VIRAL VISUALS DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Once payment has been submitted, no full or partial refunds will be provided.
I will always do my best to maintain a respectful and professional relationship with every client, and I expect that same respect in return.
Communication is extremely important when working on a design project. A project may be considered inactive when:
If your project becomes inactive, a reactivation fee will be required to continue:
UP TO 4 BUSINESS DAYS: 10% of your original order total
5-7 BUSINESS DAYS: 50% of your original order total
8+ BUSINESS DAYS: 100% of your original order total
The purpose of this policy is to keep projects moving and prevent inactive projects from holding space that could be used for active clients.
Please understand that Her Viral Visuals will not recreate, copy, or regenerate another designer's work. This also applies to graphics, logos, websites, or other designs created through ChatGPT or other AI-generated platforms.
You are more than welcome to provide inspiration so I can understand the style, aesthetic, colors, or overall direction you love. However, your final project will be created in my own design style and will not be an exact recreation of someone else's work.
Please also understand that some Her Viral Visuals projects may contain AI-generated elements when appropriate for the project. This may include generated models for website designs, campaign-style imagery, backgrounds, decorative graphics, or other supporting visual elements.
When booking with Her Viral Visuals, please understand that work created for your project may be showcased on my website, social media, portfolio, promotional materials, or other Her Viral Visuals platforms as examples of my design work.
If you would like your entire project to remain private and not be posted, a $100 Privacy Fee is required.
Once the Privacy Fee has been paid, Her Viral Visuals will not use or display that project for portfolio or promotional purposes.
Once your project has been paid for in full and your final approved graphics have been delivered, you have ownership of your completed graphics for your brand or business.
However, unless the $100 Privacy Fee has been paid, Her Viral Visuals retains the right to showcase the work as part of my design portfolio and marketing.
Displaying the work in my portfolio does not mean that Her Viral Visuals owns your business, brand, products, or company. It simply allows me to showcase the design work that I personally created for your project.
NO PROJECT WILL BEGIN UNTIL BOTH FULL PAYMENT AND ALL REQUIRED PROJECT INFORMATION HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
Your 5-10 business day turnaround does not begin until these requirements have been completed. Submitting payment without submitting your project details does not start your turnaround time.
Every order includes 2 free revisions.
A revision is a minor adjustment made to the design while keeping the original approved creative direction. Examples of revisions include:
Once your 2 free revisions have been used, each additional revision is $15.
Please review your concepts carefully before requesting changes.
A direction change is different from a revision.
A direction change happens when the original creative direction has already been established and the client requests a major change that requires the design or concept to be significantly reworked.
Examples include:
For example, changing one font on your website would be a revision. Deciding that you no longer want the original clean luxury direction and now want the entire website redesigned into a detailed Y2K theme would be considered a direction change.
Direction changes are $30 each, $50 each for site designs and are not included within the free revisions.
By booking and submitting payment to Her Viral Visuals, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the policies listed above.
These policies are in place to keep the design process organized, fair, respectful, and enjoyable for both the client and designer.
